Healing Explorer is built from the ground up with three core principles: anonymity, security, and your complete control. We provide powerful insights while ensuring your personal story remains exactly that—personal.

How We Guarantee Your Anonymity

No Accounts. No Personal Information. Ever.

Healing Explorer does not collect your name, email, or any other personally identifiable information (PII). Instead of traditional logins, a random, anonymous identifier (UUID) is generated privately on your device. You are in control, and your identity is never connected to your data.

How We Protect Your Data

Local Processing First.

The vast majority of data processing happens safely on your device. This means your sensitive, personal reflections and entries never leave your phone unless you choose to use specific features.

De-Identified Data Only.

In the rare cases where data is sent to our servers (for example, to power the Healing Companion feature), it is rigorously de-identified first. This means it is stripped of any potential identifiers and cannot be traced back to you. Our methods include:

Pseudonymization: Using temporary, random IDs instead of any personal details.

Data Minimization: We only handle the absolute minimum data necessary to provide a feature.

AI Data Handling: Reflections sent for AI analysis are processed immediately and are never stored or used for future training.

Your Control & Access

Secure Syncing with a Temporary PIN.

To sync your journey across multiple devices, you can generate a temporary, one-time PIN. This PIN is your private key, and we never store it. Once used, it expires. Because we prioritize your privacy, we have no way to recover your data if you lose your devices and your PIN.

You Can Delete Everything, Anytime.

You are in complete control. You can permanently erase all your data and your anonymous ID from within the app's settings at any time. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone by us.

End-to-End Encryption: All data transferred between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-best standards.

Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, meeting rigorous global standards for security and availability.

Strict Access Controls: Access to our systems is strictly limited to authorized senior personnel for essential maintenance only. We have zero access to the content of your personal entries.
